RUSSIAN SUPREME COMMANDER ADM KOLCHAK HUGE 200 ROUBLES of 1917 SIBERIA

Alexander Vasilyevich Kolchak was a polar explorer and commander in the Imperial Russian Navy, who saw action in both the Russian-Japanese War and WWI. During the Civil War he established a new anti-Bolshevik regime in Omsk, Siberia (1918-1920). These enormous 200 Roubles notes (with a bond like look, complete with interest table on the reverse etc.) were created by the American Bank Note Company in New York, despite the fact that President Woodrow Wilson refused to acknowledge Kolchak’s government.
